On May 26-27, 2026, Mindanao State University at Naawan (MSUN) officially commenced its highly anticipated Physical Activities towards Health and Fitness (PATHFit) Culmination 2026. The two-day event brought together students and physical education instructors in a high-energy showcase of athletic grit, field demonstrations, and outdoor camping.
Spearheaded by the Department of Social Science and Humanities (DSSH) of the College of Education and Social Sciences (CESS), PATHFit Culmination 2026 featured a packed two-day program. Activities ranged from morning parade assemblies and precision field demonstrations to competitive obstacle races and outdoor camping exercises, giving students opportunities to apply the values of discipline, resilience, and cooperation beyond the classroom.
More than a display of physical performance, the event served as a platform for promoting holistic student development. Through sports, movement, and shared outdoor experiences, participants strengthened their sense of community while embracing healthier and more active lifestyles.
Through this collaborative effort, MSUN instructors, and participating students reaffirmed the University’s commitment to advancing health awareness, campus engagement, and youth fitness. PATHFit Culmination 2026 stood as a vibrant reminder that physical literacy remains an essential part of shaping well-rounded, empowered, and socially connected learners.
